We are recruiting a unique personality for the position of:

Front Office Manager | fulltime

What do we expect from you:

o  As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the Front Office Team and Guest Relations Agents, who together form the primary connection between guests and the various hotel departments;

o  Your role involves ensuring that the team is well-prepared and well-informed to provide our guests with an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out;

o  You and your team serve as the point of contact within the hotel, possessing in-depth knowledge of our rooms, facilities and surroundings;

o  By listening attentively and treating each guest as an individual, you address specific needs and desires, thus creating an exceptional quest experience;

o  You inspire and motivate the Front Office Team to deliver consistent 5-star service;

o  You manage the daily operations, fostering a positive work environment;

o  Working closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing, you strive to maximize occupancy rates and revenue growth;

o  Together with your team, you maintain the reception area and local products boutique to impeccable standards, ensuring a luxurious and hospitable atmosphere;

o  You identify the strengths of your team members and encourage their growth trough training and development opportunities, to enhance their overall skills.

Who are we looking for:

o  You have completed a degree in hotel management / tourism or related field successfully and have gained sufficient relevant (leadership) experience in a 4* or 5* hotel (5* is preferred);

o  You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and ideally speak at least French and/or German, preferably both. Proficiency in any other language is a plus;

o  You function as the linchpin, adept at multitasking and maintaining a clear overview;

o  With a warm personality and a polished appearance, you have a guest-oriented attitude and possess a listening ear;

o  You are proactive in identifying and solving problems to ensure a flawless guest experience;

o  With your eye for detail, you constantly strive to optimize work processes;

o  You have strong administrative skills and are proficient in hotel systems such as Opera (or can quickly learn it), restaurant reservation modules, Microsoft Office, etc.;

o  You are driven to take on challenges and willing to invest time in collectively leading the organization to the top;

o  You are a team player who is motivated to achieve success not as an individual, but together as a team;

o  Preferably, you have an ´SVH Diploma Leermeester (master trainer)´ or are willing to obtain one.
