A hotel with 32 renovated rooms and a location just a stone's throw from Vondelpark and Museumplein. Guests can enjoy their breakfast in our green courtyard in the morning. We strive for a personal experience, where we value small details.

About the position
As a Front Office Employee, you are the face of Hotel Omega and offer our guests a warm welcome. You are responsible for checking guests in, answering questions, and providing important information. Additionally, you manage telephone traffic, handle incoming emails, and perform administrative tasks. Do you see opportunities for improvement? Share them with the Hotel Manager. After a pleasant stay, you ensure a warm farewell when checking out our guests.

What do we expect from you?

You are presentable, exude hospitality, and are truly willing to go the extra mile
You have excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English
You have relevant work experience in hospitality
You are solution-oriented and have a proactive work attitude
You live near Amsterdam
