We’re now seeking an inspiring General Manager to lead our opening team and shape the guest experience from day one.

About the role

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations — from guest satisfaction and revenue performance to brand standards and team leadership. You will be the driving force behind the hotel’s success, ensuring that every stay embodies the Satori philosophy: calm, design, and genuine hospitality.

You’ll collaborate with outsourced partners for revenue, housekeeping, and maintenance — but maintain full accountability for quality, profitability, and brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations with an ownership mindset.

• Drive revenue performance (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR) in coordination with revenue management partners.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage all feedback with a personal touch.

• Oversee outsourced housekeeping and maintenance partners to ensure top quality and uptime.

• Ensure seamless functioning of Hilton systems and technology.

• Recruit, motivate, and coach on-site staff — setting the tone for service excellence.

• Focus on guest satisfaction and reviewscores

• Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control with a sharp eye for efficiency.

• Bring creativity to seasonal decorations, local events, and guest touchpoints.

• Represent the hotel within the local community and industry networks.
