Groups & Events Executive - Crowne Plaza & Hampton by Hilton Utrecht

As a Groups & Events Executive, you are an essential part of our Groups & Events department. You support your colleagues in their daily tasks by ensuring thorough preparation with the client, proper planning, and clear communication of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Your efforts help ensure that our meetings and events run smoothly and that guests have an excellent experience. From conducting site inspections showcasing our rooms and meeting spaces for potential groups to sending out proposals and managing daily administration, you play a key role.

Together, we strive to increase brand awareness of our hotels in the market and boost revenue. Our target audience consists of a diverse mix of local and international companies, clients from MICE and Leisure sectors, as well as entertainment partners. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with the Meetings & Events Manager, Sales Managers, and the Revenue Manager. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do!
