Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.

The Dylan Amsterdam is looking a Guest Experience Assistant. As Guest Experience Assistant you have an eye for detail and you enjoy personal contact with our guests. You are responsible for both welcoming and checking in of the guest as well as checking out of leaving guests. Besides, you will make reservations for both hotel rooms as well as Restaurant Vinkeles and Bar Brasserie OCCO. Moreover, you are responsible for operating the telephone and assisting the concierges. Shifts take place between 07.00 till 15.00 hours or 15.00 till 23.00 hours. You occasionally work a night shift. It is important that you are available on both weekdays as well as weekends.

Who are you?

You graduated a Hotelschool or similar education.
You have relevant working experience within a similar position.
You have affinity with the luxury segment.
You speak both Dutch and English.
You are capable of working under pressure.
