What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

As a Guest Service Specialist, you support the Front Desk team in delivering outstanding service and exceeding guests’ expectations. Your main tasks are:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages of both hotel guests and team members via several channels in an attentive, polite and efficient manner, according to standard operating procedures
  • Actively send pre-arrival and post-stay emails to enhance the guest journey.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all the hotel features, services, operations hours of the outlets, restaurants food concepts and ambience
  • Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify the designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Follow up with a courtesy call after all requests
