At Hilton Garden Inn Leiden we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join us as a fulltime Guest Service Supervisor.

 

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by supervising and coordinating the activities of the guest service team. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding service while also overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency and uphold our standards of excellence.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the guest service team, including the public area attendants
  • Train and mentor team members alongside the Front Office Team Leader to ensure they deliver exceptional service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area and ensure all guest areas are well-maintained.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.



  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service roles, a previous supervisory role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ONQ PMS preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
