• You’re responsible for the entire food concept and create new dishes for the menu.

• You lead, inspire, and work alongside your kitchen team.

• You make sure the kitchen runs smoothly, following HACCP standards and delivering top quality.

• You keep track of inventory and orders so your team always has what they need.

• You think along with us about how to keep surprising our guests with culinary creativity.
