Job description:
As a host/hostess at the Berlage Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, checking in and checking out guests, assisting in breakfast, providing information about the hotel and its surroundings, answering questions and providing excellent customer service. In addition, you will ensure that the lobby and reception area always look neat and welcoming.

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Guest-oriented attitude with a friendly and positive outlook.
Experience in the hospitality or hospitality industry is a plus.
Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.eception always look neat and welcoming.

Experience with the reservation system "MEWS" is a plus
