Host/Hostess (0 hour contract) - Japanese Restaurants - Amsterdam

We will call you when we need extra hands, and you are free to accept or decline based on your availability.

What can you expect

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last person a guest sees at the Michelin awarded Yamazato and Sazanka restaurant. Your main responsibilities include the following:

• welcoming your guests in a warm, approachable and professional manner
• providing personalized service, aiming to create loyal guest
• recognizing our regular guests and making them feel appreciated
• taking care of incoming reservations, processing them accurately and efficiently in a discreet manner
• providing guests with cloak assistance
• responsible for an impeccable first and last impression to the guest upon arrival and departure

What do we offer?

• Contract: 7 months of a 0 hour contract
• Salary: Group 3 : €18,26 (including 8,85% vacation allowance and 10,64% vacation days)
• Horeca CAO applies;

• Once a year staff discount in one of the restaurants (50%);

• After obtaining the probationary period, you will receive an overnight stay with breakfast as a gift (2 people), so that you can experience the hotel as a guest!

What are we asking?

• You are guest orientated and have an eye for detail;
• You possess excellent communication skills;
• You have excellent knowledge of English (Dutch and Japanese is a plus);
• Flexibility with work schedules and a passion for guest satisfaction.
