We are looking for a manager who not only leads the operation, but also creates a close-knit, motivated team that enjoys working for each other—and for you.

Your role

As Hotel Manager, you are the heart of the operation and ensure everything runs smoothly. You lead the front office, breakfast, and housekeeping teams, but your role goes beyond that:

• You build a team that collaborates, supports one another, and takes pride in the hotel.

• You are visible and approachable: having conversations, grabbing a coffee, and creating real one-on-one connections.

• You stand alongside your team, speak their language, but also know how to rise above the group and provide direction.

• You train, coach, and motivate your people, set clear boundaries, and create unity.

• When something comes up, you are there immediately: you stand up for your team and think in solutions.

• You optimize processes, develop operational standards, and seize revenue opportunities while controlling costs.

• You contribute strategically to the further development of the hotel.
