Housekeeping Employee - Amsterdam

What will you be doing?  

Together with the Housekeeping team, you are responsible for cleaning our luxury hotel rooms. This includes making beds, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, removing trash and used dishes, restocking consumables, and reporting any deficiencies or shortages. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning public and banqueting areas.

In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you’ll find one of the city’s most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. The hotel features 205 luxurious rooms, including 22 suites, 8 meeting and event rooms, a Bar Lounge, and a Spa & Wellness center. Conveniently located just 500 meters from Amsterdam Central Station and easily accessible from the highway, it’s a prime destination.

Your qualifications

What do we offer you?  

• An uplifting position of a minimum of 24 and maximum 38 hours in the heart of Amsterdam.  

• A salary in accordance with the Hospitality collective labor agreement, 14,91 EUR to 15,86 EUR per hour, depending on your experience.   

• A 7 month contract with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay with us!  

• After your first month, our ‘Know Where You Work’ program treats you to a free overnight stay in one of our hotels!  

• Want to see something other than Amsterdam for a change? We offer you an attractive Family & Friends rate to enjoy an overnight stay in one of the other Amrâth hotels starting at €65.
