Are you seeking an exciting and diverse role in the hotel industry? We are searching for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Manager who enjoys being on the go and has a passion for hospitality.

As a Manager Housekeeping, you will be responsible for executing the agreed-upon cleaning program and serving as the primary point of contact for the client. Additionally, you will oversee approximately 20 to 40 employees at one or more locations, partly through one or more supervisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating agreements with the client regarding the cleaning tasks to be performed
• Resolving issues raised by supervisor(s)
• Engaging with clients regarding the planning and execution of tasks
• Ensuring optimal staffing levels at location(s)
• Handling complaints and making arrangements to prevent/resolve them
• Conducting periodic and ad hoc client meetings
• Following up on absences and maintaining contact with employees to promote engagement and reintegration

Moreover, you will be (ultimately) responsible for:

• The complete cleaning of the hotel as specified in the contract
• Providing sufficient housekeepers on a daily basis
• Training housekeepers and supervisors
• Ensuring productivity and quality standards
• Checking rooms (through supervisor(s))
• Staff scheduling
• Timekeeping and providing data for accurate and timely invoicing

Job requirements

• You are flexible, reliable, service-oriented, and presentable.
• You are available at short notice.
• You excel in organizing, motivating, and supervising.
• You have previous experience as a manager.
• Experience in hotels is a plus.

What do we offer?

• A gross hourly wage between €16.08 and €18.65, depending on your age and experience.
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, totaling 13 payments per year.
