Housekeeping Manager - Amsterdam

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Housekeeping Manager. Working closely with a specialized housekeeping partner, you lead a large and diverse team while ensuring smooth daily operations. With your ability to organize, structure, and motivate, you make sure every room looks like it’s ready to welcome its very first guest.

What will you be doing?
In a hotel of this scale, structure and clarity are essential. As Housekeeping Manager, you oversee the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of all housekeeping activities. Together with a team of supervisors and staff — partly provided by an external partner — you deliver consistent quality and an exceptional guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing and overseeing daily housekeeping operations for rooms and general areas.
- Creating staff schedules based on hotel needs.
- Monitoring cleaning quality and providing guidance when needed.
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment.
- Collaborating closely with the housekeeping partner and internal departments such as Front Office, Guest Relations and Technical Services.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Organizing periodic deep cleaning rounds.
