Housekeeping Minibar Employee - The Hague

Will you be our new Minibar Attendant in The Hague? As a Minibar Attendant at the iconic Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen, you play a key role in creating the ultimate guest experience! You ensure that every minibar in our luxury rooms and suites in The Hague is always perfectly stocked. With your eye for detail and friendly service, you directly contribute to the five-star comfort for which the Kurhaus is renowned. Working in a historic seaside hotel, full of energy and variety—that’s what this job is all about!

• In this hospitality role—also known as Minibar Attendant or Room Service Attendant—you act as the face of our in-room amenities. You are an indispensable link in the team in The Hague.

What will you be doing?

• Checking, restocking, and maintaining the tidiness of all minibars in the rooms and suites of our hotel in The Hague.

• Monitoring stock levels and flagging orders in a timely manner to ensure inventory is always maintained.

• Recording consumed products and accurately processing the associated administration.

• Noting any issues or irregularities in the rooms and working closely with the housekeeping department.

• Answering guest questions in a welcoming manner and proactively responding to their needs.

• As a Minibar Attendant, you ensure the flawless presentation of snacks and beverages.
