What will you be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you take the lead within the housekeeping team. You coach, train, and motivate your colleagues, while also rolling up your sleeves and working alongside them. You maintain oversight of rooms, shifts, and supplies, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This is a truly hands-on role where your leadership skills and practical experience come together.

• Assisting with cleaning rooms and public areas;

• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager;

• Performing quality checks on rooms and public areas;

• Training, leading, and motivating the housekeeping team;

• Managing orders and inventory;

• Developing, improving, and implementing processes and procedures.
