Your Role

Are you someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting colleagues, and making sure everything is well organized?

As an HR Officer, you are an essential part of our HR department. You coordinate and execute HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support projects that contribute to both daily HR operations and broader organizational development. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you ensure smooth HR activities and timely follow-up on key topics.

In this role, you will develop a broad understanding of HR and experience how operational and strategic HR come together in practice.

You are not alone! Together with another HR Officer, you form the operational heart of our HR team of six colleagues. Together, you make sure everything runs smoothly for more than 350 employees from onboarding to offboarding, training, team events, and everything in between.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will focus on operational and coordinating HR tasks, including:
  • First point of contact for employees with practical HR questions
  • Coordinating the onboarding process — from preparation to a warm welcome
  • Recruitment support: administration, scheduling, and monitoring the candidate journey up to interviews
  • Absence administration: drafting and maintaining WvP documents
  • Processing invoices and other administrative tasks
  • Preparing and extending contracts, in coordination with the HR Business Partner
  • Organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as internship fairs, hotel tours, and recognition or farewell events
  • Supporting internal communication, such as birthday cards and organization charts
  • HR administration from A to Z, with content review by the HR Business Partner

Your Profile

  • You enjoy organizing, planning, and helping people
  • You work accurately without losing sight of the human side
  • You communicate easily in both Dutch and English
  • You have completed an MBO or HBO degree, preferably in HRM
