Are you a precise and organized person with a passion for HR? We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and help us create a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the HR team, providing administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, general HR administration and employee engagement.
You will also be the first point of contact for all hotel colleagues. Among other responsibilities, you will support the monthly payroll process, draft employment contracts, and maintain accurate records of vacations and absences. Additionally, you will support in the correct handling of team member administration, communication and documentation. Last but not least, you will help organize our staff events and parties and you will be co-hosting some of our internal training programs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

Who are we looking for?
Someone who is organized and pays attention to detail, but doesn’t mind learning as they go
A hands-on and proactive starter who enjoys supporting others and getting things done
A friendly and approachable person—you’ll be the first point of contact for many colleagues
Someone who can communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and (business) English
A reliable and discreet team player who understands the importance of confidentiality
Someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and contributing to a good team atmosphere
A person who is flexible and open to change, comfortable in a lively hotel environment
An interest in HR, people processes, and employee experience—previous HR experience is a plus, but not required
Someone who enjoys helping out with staff events and HR initiatives, big and small
