Purpose of the role
Are you a passionate chef with a love for classic French cuisine? As an Independent Chef de Partie at Brasserie Ambassade, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity within a professional and enthusiastic kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for your own station and independently prepare refined dishes with a modern twist. Together with the F&B team, you’ll deliver consistent, high-quality food that keeps guests coming back

What will you do?
As a Chef de Partie, you play a key role in the kitchen. You work precisely, with great attention to detail, flavor, and presentation. You take initiative within your section, contribute to sustainability efforts, and help maintain the high standards of our restaurant.

Your responsabilities include:
• Dish preparation:
Independently prepare dishes based on our recipes and the classic French kitchen, presented with a modern touch.
• Quality control: Ensure every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency before leaving the kitchen.
• Mise en place: Ensure your section is fully prepped and organized for a smooth lunch and dinner service.
• Team collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues in both the kitchen and service team for seamless coordination.
• Innovation & projects:
Contribute to sustainability projects, such as reducing food waste and using locally sourced products.
• Hygiene & safety:
Follow HACCP regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment at all times

Who are you?

• Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• French cuisine knowledge:
Skilled in classic French cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Organized:
Able to efficiently run your own section and manage time and resources effectively.
• Resilient under pressure:
You stay calm and focused during peak service hours.
• Team player:
You communicate clearly and collaborate well with colleagues in both the kitchen and service team.
• Hygiene-conscious:
You strictly adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
