As a chef there is a great challenge at the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus. You are responsible for lunch, high tea and dinner for our guests. You can express your creativity and technical skills in the dishes!

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Preparing dishes
• Carrying out preparatory work such as washing, cutting, pre-cooking, mixing/stirring, cooking, etc.;
• Assessing the ingredients to be used for freshness, shelf life, etc.; - - Carrying out preparation processes;
• Monitoring/checking doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc.;
• Making plates/dishes ready for passing on by carrying out à la minute cooking tasks.
• Cleaning the working environment, kitchen equipment and machines;

Who are you?

• You have experience in the hotel industry and the associated cuisine;
• You have at least an MBO2/3 chef's diploma;
• You can work independently as well as in a team;
• You are flexible in terms of working hours;
• You can handle stressful situations well;
• You have relevant work experience;
• You have a great sense of responsibility;
• You have knowledge of HACCP.
