LuminAir Sales Manager - Amsterdam

Join our fantastic team as our new LuminAir Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual eager to play a key role in a newly refurbished hotel and an award-winning rooftop bar. Join us in inspiring clients to create unforgettable events filled with creativity and imagination.

 
This position includes the following main tasks:

• Continuously research and uncover new networking opportunities that align with the hotel’s strategic goals and target markets.

• Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of social events such as weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions, ensuring exceptional client experiences that enhance the hotel’s reputation.

• Act as a visible and influential representative of the hotel within the local market, cultivating strong connections with top clients, event planners, and key stakeholders throughout Amsterdam.

• Serve as a pillar of the community by fostering lasting relationships that position the hotel as a preferred venue for social and corporate events.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize event attendance and drive incremental revenue through targeted initiatives.

• Proactively responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through online research, visiting potential clients, and uncovering new revenue streams.

 
To excel as the LuminAir Sales Manager, we are seeking a motivated, proactive, and client-focused professional passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attitudes:

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with proven experience managing events and client relationships.

• A proactive and positive attitude, driving initiative and creativity in delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals and enhance event success.

•  Experience in client-focused roles with attention to detail and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
