Maintenance Manager - Amsterdam

What will you do?

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead an experienced team, bring structure and stability to our processes, and step in hands-on when needed. You’ll also be involved in the construction and setup of our new hotels in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and Rotterdam — from assembling and managing a new team to optimizing technical workflows.

• Act as the main point of contact for all Maintenance staff

• Report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with the Hotel Managers at each location to keep all apartments in perfect condition

• Ensure materials and supplies are managed properly and liaise with external partners when necessary

• Carry out (preventive) maintenance on hotels and apartments

• Contribute ideas to management on improvements and sustainability initiatives

What can you expect from us?

• A salary starting at €3,200 gross per month (depending on experience)

• A monthly benefit budget of €35 and a €40 learning budget (based on full-time)
