What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

As a Meeting & Events Sales Specialist you are responsible for conducting site inspections with potential guests, negotiate offers and contracts for the events. You will be the main contact person for our potential groups and will actively build a relationship with the guests to ensure repeated business.

Associated tasks are:

·        Compose quotations based on the wishes and demands of the guest;

·        Contributing to maximize revenues through active upselling and cross selling;

·        Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with guests;

·        Following up on outstanding requests with guests;

·        Create contracts and execute invoices & payments as well as handling all correspondence with guests;

·        Conduct site inspections;

·        Ensure good cooperation with your colleagues as well as with our guests and relations;
