💼 Your Role as Front Office Supervisor
As Front Office Supervisor, you’re the face of our hotel. You make sure every guest feels welcome, the team runs smoothly, and each check-in and check-out goes perfectly. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and the Groups & Events Supervisor.

You’ll inspire your team to deliver excellent service with a personal touch, just the way it’s meant to be at Motto.

Your key responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team.
• Ensure every guest receives a warm, efficient, and genuine welcome.
• Actively contribute ideas to enhance service and guest experience.
• Support with staff scheduling and training.
• Serve as the go-to person for operational challenges.
• Handle administrative tasks, including:
 o Checking reservations and arrivals.
 o Managing accounts receivable.
 o Recording working hours.
• Guide and train interns to become future hospitality professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
