Your day to day:
As a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, you are the first smile of the day for our guests. You’ll create a welcoming and energizing start to their morning by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service during breakfast hours. We are looking for a new team member to join us only on the weekends and one more team member to join us with flexible working hours throughout the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through the breakfast experience
Taking and serving orders for coffee, tea, and breakfast items
Ensuring buffet and service areas are fully stocked, fresh, and well-presented
Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
Providing menu information and accommodating guest preferences or dietary needs
Handling payments and billing procedures where required
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and service stations
Supporting setup and breakdown of the breakfast service
Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage)
Being attentive and proactive to ensure every guest starts their day positively
What we need from you:
Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service is an advantage
A morning person with a positive and energetic attitude
Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
A natural host — friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Eye for detail and commitment to quality
Availability to work early morning shifts on weekends and holidays
