Part-Time Front Office & Breakfast (M) - Amsterdam

The role

As a Part-Time Front Office & Breakfast Attendant, you are the face of the hotel – day and night. You are responsible for welcoming our guests, managing the reception smoothly, and setting up a beautifully presented breakfast buffet. Your role includes rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night duties, making your work varied and dynamic.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs

• Prepare, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet

• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and at the desk

• Manage reservations, payments, and guest requests in our PMS system (Mews)

• Ensure guest and property safety during night shifts

• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and inviting

• Coordinate with housekeeping and management for smooth daily operations

About you

• Experience in hospitality is preferred, but a positive attitude is key

• You are professional, reliable, and service-oriented

• You speak fluent English (Dutch or other languages are an advantage)

• You are flexible and available for morning, evening, and night shifts

• You are confident working independently and stay calm under pressure

• You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
