The Script

As an Operations Management Assistant Intern, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and General Manager, supporting the daily operations of the Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping and Reservations departments. You will also gain insight into and work alongside our back-of-house departments, such as Finance, HR and Engineering, giving you a complete understanding of how all hotel teams connect and collaborate. You’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at our operation and actively contribute to ensuring all processes run smoothly.

You will participate in projects related to hospitality, quality and operational optimization, working with various departments across the hotel. You are the connecting link between teams and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests — from their first touchpoint to the moment they check out.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and communication skills. You will learn how to motivate colleagues, handle operational challenges and maintain close communication with all relevant departments. Step by step, you’ll grow toward an operational (team) leadership role.
