With 306 comfortable rooms, suites, including the Presidential Suite and 24 meeting rooms, this classic premium hotel offers the perfect solution for any stay. All rooms and suites, with city- or beach view, are equipped with air-conditioning, a flat screen TV and free wireless internet.

PORTER/NIGHT PORTER

As a porter or night porter, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, along with the front office department. Your primary responsibility is to manage the lobby area and ensure that waiting guests are greeted and assisted promptly. Your specific tasks will include:

• Greeting and helping out guest when entering the hotel
• Helping guests to bring their luggage to the room
• Making sure that the lobby is always up to standard and clean the lobby
• Helping out the front office department with smaller tasks (e.g. bringing amenities to the room)
• Helping out other departments if needed during busy periods
• Making duty rounds throughout the hotel

You are:

• Passionate about hospitality and Front Office
• Flexible to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Fluent communication skills in English (and Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in a global Hotel chain and customer faced role is an advantage
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment: stays calm and professional
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful and flexible
