What will you do?

As a Project Management Trainee, you will be part of the Project Team and work on a variety of projects within our hotel, with a strong focus on product improvement and sustainability. You will gain valuable experience in hotel, project, and real estate management.

Your tasks:

Project Management (70%)

  • Assist in the planning and internal coordination of projects
  • Conduct research on products, suppliers, and contractors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality throughout execution
  • Provide practical solutions to ad hoc challenges that arise

Business Planning, Research & Analysis (20%)

  • Stay up to date with trends and developments in and outside the industry
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management
  • Contribute to writing project proposals, including financial projections

Small Projects & Sustainability (10%)

  • Work independently on small-scale initiatives, such as sustainability improvement projects

Who are we looking for?

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably at a hotel school or a relevant program
  • You are available for a minimum of 6 to 7 months, preferably 10 months
  • You are accurate, proactive, and able to work independently
  • You speak Dutch or fluent English
  • You are available during office hours (09:00 – 17:00)
