Restaurant Server (Intern) - Maastricht

Contract: Intern (BOL, BBL of HBO)
Internship allowance: €600 gross per month, based on a 5-day week
With accommodation: €200 gross per month, based on a 5-day week, including meals
(breakfast and one hot meal per day)

THE INTERNSHIP

As an intern, you'll work on the floor at Brasserie Harry's, one of Maastricht's leading addresses. You'll learn the trade in practice: from welcoming and advising guests to serving food and drinks in a busy, lively setting. You'll start by observing and gradually build towards greater independence.

You'll work alongside colleagues who know their craft and are happy to show you the ropes. Asking questions is encouraged, and you'll have the space to try things out for yourself.

Behind the historic façades on the Wycker Brugstraat, a family business has been running for over a hundred years, one that ranks among the very best in the Netherlands. Here you'll learn hospitality at the highest level, an experience you'll carry with you for the rest of your career.

Upon successful completion of your internship, a contract awaits, possibly alongside your further studies.

HARRY'S

Brasserie Harry’s is located in a historic building in Wyck, Maastricht. It boasts a vibrant dining room, lively ambiance, large open kitchen, and a dynamic bar. Harry’s is open seven days a week and serves a seasonal menu featuring contemporary brasserie dishes. The menu suits any occasion and any moment. No fixed order or set menu – anything goes, and (almost) everything is possible. During the summer months, guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious terrace.
