We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Manager focused on the luxury hospitality industry to join our team and play a key role in shaping the commercial success of our iconic hotel.
What you’ll do
As Senior Revenue Manager, you are the strategic architect of the hotel’s total revenue performance. You drive pricing, positioning and demand strategy to maximize profitability across all revenue streams while protecting our premium brand positioning. You lead the weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting and develop short-, mid- and long-term revenue strategies, translating market intelligence and luxury segment insights into forward-looking commercial plans. You own the pricing architecture, segmentation strategy and distribution mix, and ensure optimal use of RMS, CRS, SynXis and channel management systems. Through advanced forecasting and performance analytics, you deliver accurate pace analysis and clear commercial action plans. You act as a key strategic partner to Sales and Marketing, influence account strategy and contract negotiations, and present performance insights and outlook directly to executive leadership and ownership.
Who you are
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive revenue management experience in luxury hospitality | Proven success in premium ADR environments | Experience within independent or soft-brand luxury hotels preferred | Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders | Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field | Deep knowledge of RMS, CRS, Opera, SynXis and channel management systems | Advanced forecasting and budgeting capability | Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills | Strategic thinker, analytical and performance-driven | High proficiency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Revenue Management, Finance or Strategic Management | Additional certifications in Revenue Management systems or data analytics | Experience coaching commercial colleagues on revenue principles and performance mindset | Familiarity with the Amsterdam luxury hospitality market.
