You work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, serving dishes, creating a warm atmosphere, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience — often before they even ask. You’re an all-rounder: you take reservations, welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve dishes, and handle payments smoothly. You work according to established procedures, while keeping your approach personal and genuinely hospitable. At the same time, you make sure every table experience is spot on — from start to finish. You introduce guests to high-quality products and fine wines, and have a natural feel for what each guest needs.
