Volkshotel is looking for an enthusiastic souschef. From early morning until late at night, Volkshotel is a destination for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. With the Canvas restaurant, Café Werkplaats, and a wide range of events, Volkshotel offers a diverse environment for a sous chef. In this role, you will work directly under the executive chef and share ultimate responsibility for all food operations. Do you enjoy working in a creative, international setting, and do you have at least two years of relevant experience as a chef or sous chef? Then you might just be our new colleague.

Responsibilities:

• You lead the team and manage daily operations for our restaurant, Canvas, and the food events at Volkshotel;

• You train and motivate the kitchen team;

• You oversee food quality;

• You ensure a positive working environment while maintaining full compliance with HACCP standards.
