You, As a Front Office Visionary Intern:

As a Front Office intern at Bilderberg, we are excited to train you, and we expect you to bring a generous dose of "heart & soul" because you will be the driving force behind the warmth and hospitality our guests and colleagues experience. Alongside your fellow stars on the team, you will be the radiant center of kindness and professionalism.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome guests with open arms, check them in and out with flair and a smile.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide them with insider tips about our hotel and the enchanting surroundings.
• Handle reservations like a pro using hotel reservation systems like Mews.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure our guests have an unparalleled experience.
• Actively contribute to our ongoing pursuit of service excellence and sustainability as part of our Conscious Bilderberg Program.

What We Aim to Achieve During Your Internship or What You May Already Bring:

• Super-fast communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A heart that beats for hospitality and a smile that radiates warmth.
• To train you as a hospitality professional for a promising role within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Provide you with knowledge of hotel reservation systems, such as Mews.
• An eye for detail.
• Willingness to be flexible, including working on weekends and holidays.
