Your role in the journey

As a receptionist you have a heart full of passion for hospitality. Running a smoothly check in-/ and out process is what you are good at. During the guests’ stay you will be the point of contact and try to exceed their expectations by following the LQA standards. This also includes creating authentic luxury moments for them.

What you’ll bring

No 9 till 5 mentalities, flexibility within your schedule;
Proactive, solution-oriented and accurate;
Maintain the communication with other departments;
A natural interest in other people and cultures;
Upselling, notice the commercial chances and take action;
Ability to surprise guests with your special touch;
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
