What you can expect

As a Steward within our Stewarding department, you will ensure that the various kitchens throughout the hotel are supplied daily with all the necessary materials. You will also be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning, all in accordance with strict HACCP standards.

As a Steward in the kitchen, you ensure that all work areas remain clean, tidy and well organised. An important aspect of this role is working various shifts, including weekend and evening shifts.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised;
• Working in accordance with HACCP quality standards.
