To complement our five-star Housekeeping team, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor.

You assist the Housekeeping Manager with managing and coaching the employees and checking room statuses.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that 270 rooms in the hotel are spick and span
• Operationally responsible for all guest rooms, you report directly to the Housekeeping Manager
• Scheduling the required employees based on the occupancy
• Assigning work and giving instructions
• Monitor the progress and quality of execution of the work
• Responsible for the smooth running of the linen and minibar area

Who are you?

• You have at least 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping,
• You have a passion for Hospitality and everything related to cleaning,
• You are flexibly available,
• You have good communication skills and you have a guest-oriented attitude,
• You are able to work both in a team and independently.
