Your role in the journey
As Technical Service Employee, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing hotel facilities, ensuring safety and comfort for guests and team members. You’ll work closely with all departments and external partners to keep our iconic property in top condition.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
Resolving technical issues reported by guests or colleagues.
Conducting inspections and completing reports and logbooks.
Coordinating with external contractors for repairs and renovations.
Managing inventory and equipment.
Identifying and reporting safety risks and proposing improvements.
What you’ll bring
A service-oriented attitude and technical expertise.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Quick understanding of various installations and maintenance tasks.
A practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
