🔩 What will you do?
✔️ Fix technical issues and perform (preventive) maintenance on our buildings and installations.
✔️ Keep everything in and around the apartments in top condition (from lights to elevators).
✔️ Coordinate with external contractors for larger jobs.
✔️ Contribute ideas for smart solutions and improvements.
✔️ Be the go-to contact for colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed.
