We are looking for an intern to support our management. As an intern you are a jack of all trades and you do different tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and human resources in administrative matters
• Supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager during appointments
• Assessing incoming applications and forwarding them to the correct departments within the hotel
• Preparing and for the daily Morning Meeting
• Support all operational departments where necessary
• Carrying out quality and hygiene rounds throughout the hotel
• Administrative processing of documents
• Checking the time registration of all employees

Candidate profile:

• You are studying at a Higher Hotel School or a secretarial course
• Experience in the hotel world is an advantage
• You master the languages ​​Dutch and English, spoken and written
• You have good social skills
• You have a guest-oriented attitude
• You are stress-resistant and have a high degree of accuracy
• You have good communication skills
• You are able to work both in a team and independently
• You are available for at least 20 weeks
