We are looking for a Wellness Manager for the wellness of the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus.

As a Wellness Manager you lead a team and are responsible for the daily operation.

Responsibilities:

• The daily management of the wellness operation,
• You draw up the program for the wellness treatments,
• Together with your team, you create the ideal environment for guests and provide excellent service in the wellness,
• You are responsible for the staffing for the wellness treatments,
• You monitor compliance with the regulations regarding safety, occupational health and safety, working methods, presentation, and established rules regarding business and hygiene.

Candidate profile:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in managing a wellness center,
• You master the languages ​​Dutch and English,
• You are available full time,
• You live in the The Hague area,
• You have good social skills,
• You have a representative appearance,
• You have a guest-oriented attitude,
• You are stress-resistant and have a high degree of accuracy,
• You are able to work both in a team and independently,
