You'll work closely with the sales team, prepare proposals, maintain records, and help streamline the guest acquisition process.
Broaden your exposure by exploring front office positions that involve direct guest engagement or build your long-term track by looking into entry-level leadership roles. If you enjoy administration, communication, and working on the business side of hospitality, this is an ideal launching pad toward sales management or marketing strategy roles.
