The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing the dishes by portioning, laying out the plates, produce à la minute cooking work, garnishing and checking for presentation. Ensure that all preparations have been made prior to the service. A Demi Chef de Partie has knowledge of different cutting techniques, basic sauces and cooking techniques.
