Front Desk Agent Hoilday Inn The Niu Dairy In Haarlem - Amsterdam

Are you passionate about hospitality and guest service?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn – the niu Dairy Haarlem for 2–4 days per week (16–32 hours).

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front office.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in/checking out guests

• Handling reservations and administrative tasks

• Answering guest inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Managing payments and ensuring accurate billing

• Working closely with housekeeping and other departments

• Delivering outstanding guest service according to IHG standards

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality

• Flexible availability (including weekends and evening shifts)

• Good communication skills in English -(Dutch)

• Ability to work independently and in a team
