Front Office Manager - Rotterdam

We are looking for a Front Office Manager (Pre-Opening Team) for one of our upcoming hotels in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

What will you be responsible for?

·       Leading the pre-opening setup of the Front Office department, including procedures, standards, and team structure.

·       Recruiting, training and developing the Front Office team to ensure excellent service delivery from day one.

·       Supervising daily Front Desk operations (check-in, check-out, guest relations), ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

·       Implementing operational processes, systems and tools in line with company standards.

·       Handling guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth hotel operations.

·       Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance metrics of the Front Office department.

What are we looking for?

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Front Office leadership role, ideally with pre-opening experience.

·       Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures and hotel management systems (PMS).

·       Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory; additional languages like Spanish are a plus.

·       Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

·       Education in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
