Our portfolio includes The Saints Den Bosch, The Saints Sutor and The Saints Bliss Hotels. As of July 2026, The Saints Hotels also manages City Centre Lodge Utrecht (CCLU) — a characterful 23-room city hotel on the Wittevrouwensingel, right in the heart of Utrecht.

What you'll do

As Operational Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property and a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You work independently and report to The Saints Hotels headquarters.

• Personal guest contact and warm welcome — you are the face of the hotel

• Leading, scheduling and coaching the front office team

• Handling guest requests, questions and escalations — efficiently and with care

• Coordinating with the housekeeping and maintenance team

• Managing reservations and room allocation

• Contributing to occupancy and revenue targets

• Overseeing the lobby and reception — always a warm, well-presented environment

• Accurate administration and daily reporting to The Saints Hotels

• Implementing and monitoring service procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Experience in hotel operations or front office, preferably in a supervisory role

• Guest-oriented, professional and calm under pressure

• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus

• Familiar with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic office software

• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays and varying shifts

• Accurate, organised and proactive

• A background in hospitality management or equivalent is a plus
