We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5-star Rijnhaven Hotel located in Rotterdam.

What will you be responsible for?

• Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.

• Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to the property's operational efficiency and sustainability.

• Understanding and applying current Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well as the building's self-protection and evacuation plans.

• Maintaining smooth and coordinated relationships with external maintenance providers and technical service companies.

• Identifying and keeping records of all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance.

• Performing basic building and equipment maintenance repairs, coordinating with the needs communicated by other hotel departments and in accordance with established preventive maintenance plans.
