Pastry Chef de Partie - Amsterdam

Responsibilities 

• Create refined, high-quality pastry dishes

• Prepare and present desserts with creativity, precision, and attention to detail, using both traditional techniques and modern equipment

• Ensure the freshness, quality, and correct storage of all ingredients

• Manage daily stock levels and assist with ordering to keep the pastry kitchen running smoothly

• Prepare all elements of our pastry dishes from start to finish

• Work closely with the team, supporting and inspiring colleagues to deliver the highest level of service

Profile

• A true passion for pastry and fine dining

• Experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury environment

• Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven

• Flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment

• Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit

• Able to perform well under pressure

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
