Are you the perfect match?

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant
• You are passionate about Italian cuisine and enjoy creating authentic dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• You lead with confidence, motivate your team, and support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency comes naturally to you
