Across our hotels in Amsterdam, Amsterdam Airport (Lijnden) and Utrecht we are looking for enthusiastic students and aspiring chefs to join us from September 2026 and gain hands-on experience through one of the following opportunities:
* Front Office Operational Internship
* Food & Beverage Operational Internship
* Chef Apprentice (BBL)
* Maintenance - Technische Dienst
As an intern or apprentice, you will become part of a dynamic international team, develop practical skills, and gain valuable experience within one of Europe's leading hospitality companies.
The internships and apprenticeship start in September or October 2026.
Responsibilities
Depending on your chosen opportunity, you will:
* Support daily Front Office, Food & Beverage or Kitchen operations
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised service
* Learn and apply operational procedures, standards and systems
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
* Develop your communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
* Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues
* Gain practical experience within an international hospitality environment
Essential Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Culinary or related study programme
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Passion for hospitality and guest service
* Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude
* Eager to learn and develop new skills
* Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Eligible to complete an internship or apprenticeship in the Netherlands
Preferred Requirements
* Previous hospitality, customer service or kitchen experience is an advantage
* Interest in pursuing a career within the hospitality industry
* Dutch or additional language skills are a plus
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
* Flexible and proactive approach to learning

The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines.
For Chef Apprentice (BBL) - This position is classified under the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO, BBL Scale 32) with a salary of €1,351.10 gross per month based on full-time employment for an 18-year-old apprentice.
